School policies cover every aspect of school life. Below are some of our most important policies for your reference. If you want to know our policy on something that is not listed, please ask the school office.
You may find it helpful to print these forms at home, complete and return to the school office. Alternatively there are hard copies available for you in the school office.
Absence Request Form
This form must be completed every time you wish to take your child out of school during term-time (with the exception of medical appointments, where an appointment card or letter is sufficient). Please bring the completed form to the school office, where Mr Lacey will review the request. We aim to return forms within 48 hours to confirm if the absence will be authorised or unauthorised.
Please see the Attendance Policy for further information.
Consent to give a child medication in school.
The school is happy to administer medicine in school but requires written consent from parents/ carers prior to this being agreed to. A form is required for each course of medicine.
Medication must be dropped and collected from the school office and not classrooms, or left in book bags.
Please see the First Aid Policy for details on medicines which can be administered in school.
